RENTAL: 1 day (24 hours)
INSURANCE: THE RATES include Civil Liability Insurance for an unlimited amount, bond
and legal defence in Spain, as well as damages to third parties.
Rental liability for damages to the vehicle by additional surchage is
limited regarding the franchise of the rented vehicle, according to the
group to wich it belongs.

A personal injury service for the driver of the
vehicle, as well as for all the the passengers, may be acquired for an
additional fee of 300 ptas per day.
DRIVING
LICENSE: The driver must have held a driving license for at least
3 years and be over 25 years old.
TAXES:
All charges are subjected to its corresponding tax..
OTHER
SERVICES: SPECIAL PRICES FOR LONG-TERM
RENTAL. Cargo Vans are available for rental.
DELIVERY
AND COLLECTION: The vehicles will be delivered or collected FREE OF
CHARGE within the limits of the city of Málaga, from 8:00 a.m.
to 22:00 p.m. Deliveries and collections outside those hours will bear
a surchage of 1,000 pesetas. The vehicles delivered or collected in cities
or locations where there is no A. PARKING, S.L. office will be suject
to a charge of 50 pesetas per kilometre with a minimum of 3,000 pesetas.
PAYMENT: The rental services may be charged to credit cards: AMERICAN EXPRESS,
VISA, DINERS CLUB, EUROCARD and MASTER CHARGE.
Petrol must
be unleaded.
These terms make all prior ones void.
